Camera Ready Submission:

The camera ready format can be downloaded from the following link. The header (conference title) and footer (copyrights) of the camera ready papers should exactly match the format. The accepted papers (IEEE level accepted papers) must be submitted in IEEE PDF eXpress format. Please submit your paper to IEEE PDF eXpress via the following link. Please be informed that you should create a PDF eXpress account (Conference ID: 60845X). The IEEE PDF eXpress guideline is available at the following link. All PDF eXpress files must be sent by February 5, 2024. Additionally, the authors will soon recieve an Email from IEEE in order to transfer the Electronical Copyrights to IEEE.

Conference Program:

The DCHPC2024 Conference will be started at 9:00 AM Tehran Time (GMT +3:30), Tuesday, May 14, 2024. The conference is online and the main session (including opening ceremony, keynote speeches, workshops and a number of paper presentations) is available at the following link. Parallel session links: DCIEE01, DCISC01; You may use the following file in order to see the list of papers in each parallel session. Paper presentations will be online according to the conference schedule. The presentation template can be downloaded from the following link. Presentations will be pre-recorded and submitted as video files to be played during the conference in case there is a disruption with the live presentation. These files will be deleted by ComSoc post-conference. Instructions on how authors can submit their video files can be found below.

Presentation requirements:

Video length: Up to 15 minutes for regular and special papers and 7 minutes for short papers.

Video resolution: Up to 720p.

Video format: MP4, MOV or MKV.

File name: Save your video file as [Submission Number].MP4.

Paper Submission:

The authors are invited to submit full-length papers to DCHPC2024 through the Online Paper Submission Systems, respectively, by the submission deadline. The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and unpublished (all authors must follow the IEEE code of ethics).

A complete paper should be prepared using the IEEE template (template files for MS Word or LaTeX2e), which is blind-submission review-formatted template.

Note that the DCHPC2024 reviewing is double blind, in that authors do not know the names of the reviewers of their papers, and reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Avoid providing information that may identify the authors in the acknowledgments and in the supplemental material. Avoid providing links to websites that identify the authors.

About DCHPC2024:

The DCHPC conference series commenced in 2018, hosting subsequent editions in 2108 and 2022. Regrettably, the dchpc2020 conference had to be canceled due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The forthcoming third iteration of the DCHPC conference is slated for 2024 in Tehran and will be expertly organized by the Iran Informatics Society's DCS Scientific Group and the esteemed School of Computer Science, Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM). Esteemed researchers from across the globe are cordially invited to submit their groundbreaking findings on topics germane to the conference's scope and theme.
