Paper Submission:
The authors are invited to submit full-length papers to DCHPC2026 through the Online Paper Submission Systems, respectively, by the submission deadline. The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and unpublished (all authors must follow the IEEE code of ethics).
A complete paper should be prepared using the IEEE template (template files for MS Word or LaTeX2e), which is blind-submission review-formatted template.
Note that the DCHPC2026 reviewing is double blind, in that authors do not know the names of the reviewers of their papers, and reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Avoid providing information that may identify the authors in the acknowledgments and in the supplemental material. Avoid providing links to websites that identify the authors.

About DCHPC2026:
The biennial DCHPC conference series was launched in 2018, Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, DCHPC 2020 was canceled. The subsequent conferences in 2022 and 2024 were successfully conducted, with accepted papers published in IEEE Xplore. The latest editions had a competitive acceptance rate of 25%. The fourth DCHPC conference will take place in 2026 in Tehran, hosted by the Iran Informatics Society's DCS Scientific Group in collaboration with the School of Computer Science, Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM). Researchers worldwide are encouraged to submit their cutting-edge contributions aligned with the conference’s themes and scope.
